Farmhouse style Saison brewed with Carolina Gold rice grits along with select Pilsner and Vienna malts. We lightly toast the rice rice grits for a floral toasty note. During a long boil we add spicy US grown Saaz hops paired with just a touch a touch of Lemondrop hops at flameout. The final beer is slightly spicy and crisp saison with a floral note and just a hint of lemon.
