Mixed culture Saison brewed with Palmetto Malthouse Palmetto Pils barley, local unmalted wheat, Carolina Golden Rice and Anson Mills African White Millet custom malted for us at Epiphany Craft Malt. This naturally conditioned dry saison was fermented with a mix of Belgian and Norwegian farmhouse yeasts and refermented with two additions of raw fresh-pressed muscadines and scuppernongs
Light, bright grape with mild acidity. A Family collaboration brew with Väsen Brewing in Richmond, Va
