Take a walk in town, in the country, through the woods, up a mountain. Wanderlust is a walk across the world, an ale defined by it's ingredients – sweet locally harvested wheat, spicy regionally malted heirloom rye, bold west coast hops, and bready European barley. We combine all these elements and allow them to meld and age in regional wine barrels with our house blend of yeast and bacteria alongside some of our favorite yeasts and bacteria from around the globe. Crack open a bottle of this rustic refined sour red ale and start on a journey with us.
