Sam Godfrey is an up-and-coming country artist from Spartanburg, SC. Originally hailing from Guatemala and adopted at a young age, Sam’s mission is to show the world that no matter where you come from or your walk of life, America is for all. Anyone can be an American as long as they have the drive to work hard, help others, and do things the right way. Sam found his passion for music in 2019 and begin doing recording sessions with former Marshall Tucker Band guitarist, Rusty Milner. With a burning passion to support America’s military and first responders, Sam Godfrey has taken the stage for AU President’s Gala, the annual March for Life Rally on the South Carolina Statehouse steps, Clemson University’s Spring Beach Bash Festival, an opening set for Tonight Show guest and critically acclaimed comedian Michael Jr, as well as other festivals and auditoriums across upstate South Carolina.
