An unfiltered native fermented golden sour aged in regional bourbon barrels with fresh locally harvested blackberries. Tart and fruity with a strong oaky finish. This unique regional ale draws its acidity from a strain of lactobacillus isolated from opuntia fruit and a blend of locally captured native yeasts.
