Blackberry Lemon Pie is brewed with local barley, Graham oats, lemon zest & locally grown blackberries. The hyper local oats were malted especially for us by Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham, NC. To mimic the sugar cookie crust we used a spice blend of vanilla, cinnamon, & brown sugar
