This low gravity pleaser is a collaboration with our friends at Blue Marble bakery & Blue Ridge Brinery. We mashed regional pilsner malt with stale bread ends from Blue Marble Bakery & fermented the resulting beer with a lacto beet culture from Blue Ridge Brinery.
The beer is slightly sweet with a hint of malt and just a touch of salt.
