Plum Neighborly 6.5% is a plum saison we made with our new neighbors, Magnetic South, in order to welcome them to town. It’s a saison crafted with Carolina Pils, Wheat, and Vienna malts and a pinch of local raw wheat. We added some fresh plums at the end of the boil for a beer that has a floral jammy note and a dry finish that leaves you wanting more.
