Farmhouse cider inspired by natural wine and cider fermentation, allowing the batch to ferment spontaneously for 3 days as pears from Reid Homestead were pressed with ginger from Clemson’s Student Organic Farm. Reid is a dry, unfiltered cider with bright acidity and fragrant ginger.
